These terms concern the website only. Consultancy and implementation services are governed exclusively by the individual written agreement concluded with the client concerned. In the event of any conflict, that agreement prevails.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms of use and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. The courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.
Mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which a user has their habitual residence, and mandatory consumer protection provisions, remain unaffected. Where a client and Loki Solutions have agreed a different governing law or dispute resolution mechanism in a services agreement, that agreement prevails in respect of the services.
10. Severability and changes
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects its commercial purpose.
